The Godapiasal Industrial Park is proposed to be set up over an area of 165.5 acres at Godapiasal. |

Possession of 153.83 acres of land has already been taken and the remaining land acquisition process is in final stage. |

Orissa Cement Limited (OCL) is the anchor investor in this Park. |
 |
The park is expected to generate 117 direct employment and 41 indirect employment. |
 |
All prospective investors are entitled to incentives available as per The West Bengal State Support for Industry, 2008. |

The Godapiasal Industrial Park aims to provide high quality infrastructure which will result in lower transaction costs and speed up start-up time for industries. |

All the plots within the Park will be connected through an arterial road or internal roads. |

Uninterrupted power supply for the industrial units will be provided and power tariff will be as per the existing tariff plans. |

Supply of water for industrial and potable purposes will be provided at a prescribed rate. |
