| TRADE FAIR COMPLEX (MILAN MELA) |

| A Trade Fair Complex is being set up and promoted jointly by Kolkata Municipal Corporation and West Bengal Industrial Development Corporation. The complex will be set up on a land measuring 17.81 acres at the Park Circus connector. Land for the project has been provided by Kolkata Municipal Corporation. The salient features are : |

The project cost for the 1st phase is 43.65 crore. |
|
The facilities planned for the first phase are exhibition hall; exhibition ground on both western side and eastern side, central administrative and facilities block, food stall, car parking and open area. |
|
M/s M.N.Dastur & Co has prepared Rapid Environment Impact Assessment Report for the site. |
|
The total construction period has been estimated to be 18 months. |
|
Work for the 1st phase has already started. |
