| Modalities of Application for allotment of modules/space. |
|
|
Application in the prescribed format as annexed with an application fee of 5% of the total cost of the module calculated on the base price in the form of a bank draft in favour of ‘West Bengal Industrial Development Corporation Ltd.’ on any bank of Kolkata. |
|
Along with the application form detailed documents in regard to the Project, as per the list has to be submitted. WBIDC will shortlist the applicants on the basis of their project feasibility after appraisal. Copy of Declaration of Intent has to be submitted. |
|
Application fee will be adjusted with the total cost of the modules. |
|
In case of unsuccessful aspirants application fee will be refunded after deducting 0.25% of module cost as processing charges. The successful aspirants will have to deposit 0.25% of module cost as processing charge before getting the possession letter/certificate. |
|
If the number of shortlisted applicants is more than the number of modules then the procedure of allotment will be decided by WBIDC which may be through an auction process. For the unsuccessful applicants paragraph 4 will be applicable. |
|
