| Filing Industrial Entrepreneur Memoranda (IEM) / Obtaining Industrial License/Approvals |
| At present Industrial License is required for: (1) Industries under compulsory licensing, (2) Manufacture of items reserved for small scale sector by non-SSI units; & (3) When unit attracts locational restriction.
