DPL Land, Durgapur, consists of five (05) land parcels (Plot Nos. 05, 06, 07, 09, and 10) located at J.L. No. 85, Mouza: Gopinathpur, P.S.: Coke Oven, District: Paschim Bardhaman. The actual land available for industrial allotment is 120.892 acres.

Land Pricing

The freehold land price for DPL Land, Durgapur, is ₹190.26 lakh per acre, comprising a Base Price of ₹165.44 lakh per acre and a 15% Freehold Conversion Charge.
