Price : The price of allottable land is Rs. 73.02 lakh/acre (base price of Rs. 63.49 lakh /acre + 15 % freehold conversion charge). Price is on as-is- basis and without incorporating any infrastructure development cost and neither the cost of utilities. Land will be allotted on a long term lease basis for a period of 99 (ninety nine) years from date of the possession. Allotment is subjected to approval of competent authority.
